On returns, skincare products must be returned within 30 days with a receipt.  You need to email first before sending and receive return permission. Manufacturers want products back within 30 days, if there is a problem. We work with you and our manufacturers to make this a pleasant shopping experience. There is absolutely NO RETURNS on BLUESTONE SUNSHIELDS. No exceptions. These are visors worn on the head & we cannot restock the product for resale or return to the manufacturer. It is crucial to ask as many questions as possible before purchasing one to make sure it is the right color & fit for you.
