RETURN POLICY

Derma Beauty Store is committed to making your shopping experience an amazing one! If you are not completely satisfied with a skincare product for any reason and the PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN OPENED & NOT USED, please contact our Customer Care team within 10 days of the purchase date by email at (hello@dermabeautystore.com) We are more than happy to speak with you regarding your concerns. 

 If we can’t make the skincare product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 15 days of purchase date. Please be aware we are only able to return 2 items within 1 calendar year. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed. NO REFUNDS on opened items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping is Non Refundable. Every return is fully inspected by our experienced processing & quality control team. We can deny any return that is not in proper condition. All returns will have a 30% restocking fee applied to the customer. Absolutely No returns allowed on promotional sales.

- NO RETURNS ON SKIN BETTER SCIENCE PRODUCTS 

There are absolutely NO RETURNS on BLUESTONE SUNSHIELD PRODUCTS & ANY SUN SHIELD PRODUCTS. These are products that are worn on the head & we cannot restock & resell the items. Please make sure you ask as many questions regarding the sizing, color & fit of the visors before purchasing so that you are confident in your purchase.   Due to COVID-19 There are NO RETURNS ON SKINCARE DEVICES (LightStim, Qyksonic) & TOOLS , These products can transfer bacteria or become contaminated & damaged during transit. The product will not be in salable condition. 

We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error or a damaged product, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If you did not include the correct shipping information and the package is marked as undeliverable or is returned to sender, then the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to reship the package and there is a $15 service fee included.  So please be sure to include all the correct shipping info to avoid any fees.

If you have made a return on an unopened item, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 -10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 - 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 - 10 business days).
If you order the wrong product, do not open the packaging. The products will become contaminated and not in a salable condition.    Return it completely sealed from the manufacturer.  

Lost Packages.  If we send your package to the address shown on the invoice and it shows delivered, Derma Beauty Store Is not responsible.  You must immediately notify your post office.

Back Orders

Each manufacturer at times is backordered on a product. It is impossible to notify you individually.  Most back orders are temporary and short term.
