With increasing government guidance around how to stay safe, we wanted to let you know about everything we are doing to keep you and all of our employees protected during this time. Although life is slowly but surely moving again, we assure you that you and our staff will always be our top priority. We are diligently sanitizing our warehouse and practicing social distancing to ensure the safety of everyone’s health. Please note couriers are also seeing delays due to the allow additional time for packages to be delivered and set up shipping alerts to notify you as your order is making its way through its journey. Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your Derma Beauty order. 

Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.


Derma Beauty is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has left our Derma Beauty facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing PO Box numbers, refused or return to sender. Derma Beauty has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to the fulfillment facility.All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Due to high order volume, any requests for address changes will be considered, but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.

Normal order processing can take up to 24-48 hours. Order processing may take longer during sale time and peak seasons. Please note our business hours are M-F 8-5pm PST.Orders are not fulfilled on the weekends and will be processed the next business day.


At this time, Derma Beauty ships in the USA and is now shipping to Canada. Please note, there is a shipping charge applied to ALL international orders. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Derma Beauty does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information. If the customer rejects the package they will incur a "rejection fee" to forward the package back to our headquarters. Once the package is returned and received by our shipping department we will notify you via email when a refund has been issued. 

International shipping can typically take anywhere from 5-45 business days dependent on the destination. Please take into account customs clearance as well. Derma Beauty strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
